I can teach you how to use many different kinds of software, like programs in the Microsoft Office suite (like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). I can also help you learn how to edit photos and videos, create email newsletters, and use popular social media apps like Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. I can get you comfortable with Zoom as well, both as a participant and a meeting host.

I love Wix & Squarespace and I can show you how to design and maintain your own website using this very versatile software. I’ve spent the time learning the basics and can pass them on to you. Learn on your own computer!

I have the tips and expertise to help you solve those computer and technology issues that are taking you too much time and causing a lot of frustration. I’m great at researching solutions and finding out what works best for your unique set of circumstances. I’ll refer you to a hardware expert if the need arises. While I do specialize in Windows/Microsoft PCs, and Android phones, I know Ipads well and have colleagues who know the Apple OS.
